Membership and Pricing

How much does a membership cost, and what does it include?

We offer flexible membership plans to fit your training goals! Whether you’re looking for a drop-in session, a monthly membership, or an unlimited training package, we have options. Plans start at $99/month for 2 classes per week and go up to $159/month for unlimited access. Every membership includes access to all scheduled classes, open gym hours, and expert coaching from experienced trainers.

Do you offer a free trial or drop-in class before committing?

Yes! We believe in letting you experience the gym before making a commitment. First-time visitors can join a free trial class to see what training is like. If you prefer a single-session option, we offer drop-in classes for $25, which can be credited toward your membership if you decide to join.

Are there contracts, or can I cancel my membership anytime?

We offer both contract and no-contract options. Monthly memberships are pay-as-you-go, and you can cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. For those who want a better rate, we offer discounted 6-month and 12-month contracts.

Do you offer discounts for families, students, or military personnel?

Absolutely! We believe training should be accessible to everyone. We offer:
Family Discounts: 10% off for each additional family member.
Student Discounts: 15% off with valid student ID.
Military & First Responders: 20% off as a thank-you for your service.

What happens if I need to freeze my membership due to an injury or travel?

Life happens! If you need to pause your training, we allow members to freeze their membership for up to 3 months for a small hold fee of $10 per month. This way, you won’t lose your spot or your rate when you’re ready to return!

Training and Classes

I'm a total beginner with no experience. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Our gym is beginner-friendly, and many of our members start with zero experience. Our Beginner Classes focus on foundational techniques, fitness, and building confidence. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way to ensure a safe and enjoyable training experience.

What's the difference between beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes?

Beginner Classes: Focus on fundamentals, basic movements, and conditioning. No experience required.
Intermediate Classes: Designed for those with some training experience. More drills, sparring, and advanced techniques.
Advanced Classes: High-intensity training, competition prep, and fight-specific strategies. Suitable for fighters and experienced martial artists

How often should I train per week to see progress?

This depends on your goals, but we recommend at least 2-3 sessions per week for noticeable improvement. For faster progress, 4-5 days per week will help you build technique, endurance, and confidence more quickly.

Are classes focused on self-defense, fitness, or competition?

We offer training for all goals! Whether you want to get in shape, learn self-defense, or prepare for competition, we have programs tailored for you. Our coaches can help you choose the best path based on your individual goals

Can I switch class levels if I feel I'm progressing too fast or too slow?

Yes! Our coaches regularly assess progress and adjust your training level accordingly. If you feel ready to level up, let us know, and we’ll guide you into the next class at the right time.

Equipment and Gear

What should I wear to my first class?

For most classes, wear athletic shorts, a t-shirt or rash guard, and bring a water bottle. If you’re joining a BJJ class, we recommend wearing a gi or training gear (if you have one).

Do I need to bring my own gloves, shin guards, or gi?

For beginners, we have loaner gear available. However, for hygiene and comfort, we recommend getting your own equipment after a few classes. Our coaches can recommend the best gear based on your needs.

Can I rent or buy gear at the gym?

Yes! We sell high-quality gloves, shin guards, mouthguards, hand wraps, and gis at competitive prices. If you forget your gear, we also have rental options for gloves and shin guards.

Do you have hygiene rules for shared equipment?

Yes! We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene. Shared gear is sanitized after each use, and we require members to use hand wraps and clean training clothes for every session.

What's the best gear for beginners to invest in first?

Start with hand wraps, gloves, and a mouthguard. If you continue training, you may want to invest in shin guards and a gi (for BJJ). Our coaches can help you choose the best gear for your needs

Health and Safety

Is MMA training safe for beginners?

Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our beginner classes are structured to teach proper technique, reduce injury risk, and help you train at your own pace.

What happens if I get injured during training?

Minor bumps and bruises are common, but serious injuries are rare. Our coaches monitor training closely, and we teach safe sparring techniques. If an injury does occur, we have first-aid supplies on hand, and we’ll help guide you on recovery options

Do I need to be in shape before joining?

No! Training with us will get you in shape. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our workouts are scaled to match your fitness level

What precautions do you take to prevent injuries

Supervised Training: Coaches guide every session.
Controlled Sparring: No full-contact sparring in beginner classes.
Proper Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs: Prevents strains and injuries

How do I inform my coach about any past injuries or health conditions

Before class, let your coach know about any pre-existing conditions. We’ll work with you to modify training if needed and ensure your safety.
